Windows 7 HP PC was interrupted while System Restore was being performed

Something accidentally happened while my Windows 7 HP PC was still in the process of doing a System Restore to an Earlier Point.So now after I log in with my password & hit OK, it quickly sends me this msg: "Error occurred during System Restore" & I need to "Repair my PC" & that it has something to do with the "Boot" Settings/Options/Methods (or something very similar).How do I fix this problem without having to do any type of "factory and/or hard reset/recovery"? Somebody plzz help me;plz tell me whatever it is that I need to do to fix this mishap :-< ? Thank you :-)

KristelFontenot Hi try booting windows in safe mode and run system restore again.
For booting in safe mode
1> Press F8 before the windows boot logo appears
2> Select Safe mode from the menu and hit Enter
3> Once the system has booted run system restore wizard.

Thank you for your prompt response. I did everything as you instructed but immediately after clicking on Safe Mode, it took me straight back to "Windows Boot Manager" (where it reads "Status: 0xc000000f; Info: Boot selection failed because a required device is inaccessible"). Any other helpful info,tips,advice,etc plzz???

KristelFontenot It looks like there is a problem with your boot record. You could try running system restore from the boot screen follow these steps
1> Completely turn off the PC unplug it and wait for 5 seconds.
2> Now turn on your computer and repeatedly press F11 key.
3> Under I need help immediately, click Microsoft System Restore.
4> Select a restore point you know used to work.

neilmahaseth It went to a screen that says:
"BOOT MGR is missing
Press Ctrl+Alt+Delete to restart"
WhenI follow those instructions, it brings me back to the very same window: "Windows Boot Manager....Status: 0xc000000f, Info: Boot selection failed...Inaccessible."
Any more suggestions plzzz???

Is there a way that I can repair my PC by starting it in "Safe Mode w/Cmmd Prompt" so that I can possibly manually repair/reinstall whatever is missing,corrupt,etc that is continuously causing my PC to say the "BOOTMGR is missing" (being as though I don't have any installation disks whatsoever)???
